Later in 2021, in the course of expansion of its engineering activities, a private limited company was founded with the same nomenclature under The Companies Act, 2006. Thus, “N.S. Engineering Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.” was officially incorporated at the Office of the Company Registrar, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Government of Nepal.
